Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of  Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries,  your responsibilities include:

  • Define & implement the commercial strategy for our business, achieve set economic objectives for the country, drive market development
  • Manage, develop & motivate a team of 8-10 direct reports and 2000-2500 workers
  •  Achieve sustainable growth & profit and ensure client satisfaction
  • Create a positive network with local authorities and community organizations
  • Ensure commitment to Health and Safety issues in all aspects of the business
  • Lead, manage, and develop the in-house teams and Partner with the Operations leadership
  • Establish and maintain regular meaningful client and customer relationships that strengthen the business partnership throughout the country. Ongoing communications with clients on all contract management concerns and acquisition of business opportunities, as necessary
  • Closely monitor business development effort and contribute to the identification of commercial opportunities

Profile:

  • Degree or MBA in Business Management 
  • A minimum of 10 years proven experience in service industry
  • Similar experience of managing a company (over 500 staff and/or turnover of US$40M)
  • Results oriented and excellent budgetary and cost control management
  • Successful management experience in an international environment
  •  Strong communication skills and leadership
  • Experience of Middle East and/or Asian and or Emerging Country environment will be a strong advantage
  • Must be fluent and at ease in English
